Jamba - Follow-Problem

Hi,

i play 5 Mages (Level 16 now) and i want to do the Ini in Ogrimmar.

But i have a problem with my toon.

When i pull 2 or 3 monsters, i only get one down until they arrieved at my group.

Then i use Icenova (dont know the name in english, i mean the spell which freezes the monsters around you).
Then i step back.

And here is the problem.
My toons follow me.

But i dont want them to follow me. I want them to look in the direction of the monster so they can use the spells to make damage.

And if the monster runs to the backside of my toons, i want them to turn around automticly.

Is that possible? Or what do you suggest to do?
Or what can i do that i dont have the problem that my toons cant see the monsters so often...?

I watched the video with the Level 62 Mages, and i realy have no clue how this works.
They bring me down in seconds...:-(

Or is the Dungeon to hard for Level 16/17?
