Trying to understand Click Regions

So let me see if I have this straight. I can using ISBoxer create buttons on my main screen. When I press a button with my mouse it sends a command to a window or windows of my choice?

That is to say I could setup a button and click on it and it would send the Number 1 keypress to one or all windows?

I am interested in setting this up for healing purposes.

Thanks I forgot to mention this is for EQ. Basically what I am looking to do is have 6 buttons on my main screen. When I click on the button it will send a command to each window that will do say Ctrl + Alt + 1. Then in each windows Ctrl + Alt + 1 is an ingame hotkey to hit action bar 2 button 1. That button will be something like /target partymember 1, /cast heal.

On a side note who are the pics in your signature? One of those guys looks like my brother.

It should work pretty much the same with EQ, especially using the first setup.
