Yes. I use Grid + Clique + repeater regions in isBoxer.

When I get in trouble and my healer is eating a fear, I start spamming my self heal sequence. All of my DKs will set the low HP DK as their focus. As I spam, the DKs will do Death Strike, Sacrifice Pet, Lichborne, and Death Coil the low HP DK.

This works very well in 5s and 3s, often saving the DKs life.
