Its not a castsequence since its with Isboxer.
I think froststrike first is good actually since it will cast it if possible.
Id also like to add a thing to the Death Coil + Howling blas on range note, i have death coil added lowest on my priority bar, which results in that my dks throw DC when out of range from froststrike.

Noticed on your stream now, you have click to move + interact with target on your main aswell. I think that the control of the team dissapears bigtime when having it like that. Whats your thought on the matter? I play my main as ussual and only have slaves on CTM + IWT.
