    any feedback would be great!

i should probebly add some more info.
I am planning on playing on 1 monitor which i have (please mention if you think i should get more)
as for how much im willing to spend... i don't realy know not more than $1500 i hope.
My experience with buying an ultra cheap PC was like this...
    1. the motherboard video won't do anything more than web browsing so I bought a new video card. $$$
    2. the video card was too much for the power supply so I had to buy a power supply $$$
    3. now I have a hot video card and a hot power supply so now the case doesn't have enough air so I needed a new case $$$
by the time I was done I ended up paying more than if I just just built the PC from scratch.

im still tossing up between the Sapphire Radeon HD6950 2GB Dirt3 Edition and Gainward GeForce GTX 580 3GB Phantom
if i go with the 6950 its not going to give me any problems will it?
and Knytestorme so the ASRock can't be upgraded to 16gb

I upgraded from SLI 460's last week to the 6950 and has worked pretty flawlessly so far with 5 clients. Can't go full-on with graphics settings but it's not horrendous...that being said, if you'll keep this machine a while I'd go the 3Gb 580, I just went this way as a stop-gap till new cards are announced.

The ASRock only has 2 RAM slots iirc so you are pretty much limited to 2x4Gb sticks while the Gigabyte (and most other non mATX boards) will have 4 slots.

Now sure where in NSW you are but you can also check MSY for options but I generally prefer pccasegear over MSY for better range and website.

I would not get a MB with only 2 slots.

The 6950 is a very good choice, of course the 580 3G is better but any 2G card is going to be solid and the 6950 is better then the 460 for sure.

The 6970 is not worth the extra $100 or so at pccase.

And they don't even have the 460 so for you the 6950 is the best buy for the buck.

The 580 will come down in price and you could upgrade to it later when its cheaper if needed.

if you went with the case I suggested 1 fan goes on the back and 2 on the front.
