    Default Zul'Aman

The patch has been out for a couple of months and I'm sure many people do more than I do but I just thought I'd share my strategy pack by pack. (because when you wipe 6 times on the trash you really aren't inclined to do more than one boss)

Composition Prot Pally, Atonement Disc Priest, Balance Druid, Arcane Mage x2

    1st Bear Boss

There are six requisite packs of trash between the entrance and the bear boss (excluding the pat.. which even if you're not trying to hit timers is nasty and awful and you don't want to have to do).

    1. The entry way is simplest, pick up the two elites and throw down consecrate and a holy wrath when the non-elite pack swarms in. Keep slaves back 20-30 yards to get plenty of time to taunt off the healer if the pack misses the consecrate and heads for her

    2. Mount up and ride down the right hand stairs (avoiding the pat), turn right, hugging the wall while the boss shouts at you and sends 3 minions at you, put your back against the wall--there is a knockback (at least 20 yards along it, you should be across from two unmounted bears) and you should be safe from the evil pat here. I like to kill the axe throwers first, as they do damage to random members of the team and not just the tank

    3. Two unmounted bears, not a rough pack, one can be hibernated or sheeped while you kill the other one first.

    4. Worst pull in the instance. 4 trolls, including the feared medicine man. It IS possible to sheep while things are running down the stairs at you (but you also get a lot of IMMUNE errors), but I've found that planning to pull them all and burn down the MM (while taking a lot of damage) is more successful than planning to sheep it and having that go wrong. the Medicine Man drops two totems, one of which must be killed because it makes the whole team immune to damage, cc, etc "Protective Totem". It is very possible to burn him down before he drops it, which is the smoothest way for this pull to go down. Then kill the axe throwers, then the tribesman (I forget which one there are two of here)

    5. Two mounted trolls. Burn one down, using paladin stun at 45%... if these mobs are stunned when they pass 40% they won't split into troll/mount. Kill the other troll and then his mount (if you have two stuns, stun this one too). Two bear mounts at once both crunching your armor can be fatal, so I really wouldn't suggest trying to kill both mounteds at the same time.

    6. Two trolls (including an MM), and two mounted trolls. Because of the flat playing field it is very easy to sheep the two regular trolls as the pack charges you and pick up the mounted. Repeat the last pull, stunning the first mounted and killing the other mounted then his bear. Resheep, then wake up the sheep you want to kill and then the other. This MM probably will get a totem off, be prepared to switch to it.

Congratulations, did you do all that without wiping? Then the boss will be easy. I set my toons up like this.
    ----T----
    ----------
    H--------
    --------D1
    --------D2
    --------D3

In phase A the boss will charge the toon furthest from him and if the same toon gets hit more than once before the debuff wears off, they'll die.
I make sure I know which slot is in each dps position, and as each gets charged I move them individually forward by switching to them and running so that they look like this.

    ----T----
    ----------
    H------D3
    --------D1
    --------D2
    ---------

    then

    ----T----
    --------D2
    H------ D3
    --------D1
    ----------
    ---------

then they all back up and cycle again.. sometimes the healer gets hit during the second cycle, but that doesn't really matter because around now he switches to phase B

Which is just tank and spank with a three second silence every now and then. He does more damage so save tank CDs for bear phase.

Then back to troll, back to bear, collect your loot.
