Those labels are standard WoW UI stuff, im not sure where to turn it on thou :/ Well, that thread will be abit outdated once patch 4.3 arrives, but there is still some good stuff! I dont know much about using innerspace, since I use HotKeyNet. But there should be enough info here on dual-boxing to get you started
