Here are my current ideas on managing my guild:
1. I want to appoint someone else to organize PvE raids
2. I want to appoint someone else to organinze PvP content
3. I want to appoint someone else to recruit and organize questing/leveling content
I want to put the guild bank in the hands of these 3 people to distribute as needed, rather than a first come first serve bank.
The guild bank is not my personal repository to withdraw from at my leisure while restricting others to vendor trash.
I will not tolerate demeaning chatter in guild chat, in regards to any individual or group.
This is a learning process for me and I'm hoping for suggestions.

First of all, I'd like to see more multiboxing guilds. Unfortunately, they're unbelievably more difficult to start
than any other type of guild. Most multiboxers have chosen this play style because it suits them and their own
(selfish) needs. If your realm isn't already home to at least a few multiboxers then the incentive for others to
spend $125 to test your new guild/realm out and hope it blossoms into your vision usually isn't there.
Also, in this expansion, multiboxing is on the decline -- at least until Blizzard made this new change to RaF --
either because the current level 85 content is too difficult to faceroll or because Cataclysm has been considered
by some to be the least fun expansion so far.
I'm in no way trying to discourage you but, perhaps shine some light on why what you want will be very
difficult to obtain in this expansion. People that do want to play with other multiboxers usually end up getting
absorbed into the larger US/EU guilds. On Kil'jaeden in Legion of Boom, it's hard enough to get people on a real
raiding schedule and we've got tons of multiboxers that play. At this point, though, I would like our guild to be
Horde for the mere fact that Ruinous needs competition.
