It is a different dynamic. Sort of a fundamental concept of multiboxing. What works best for a single account often isn't best for the multiboxing setup. So...

This is a moot point when you run 4 blood DK's. You are 1, not trying to hold agro over DPS. 2, you are generating more self healing through more worm procs.
