Edit: do the charges stack faster than the 359 trinket? I have that one (turns you into dragonkin) on my warrior and I noticed it takes a while to build charges, even with 1 handers.
The Khaz trinket stacks very fast, its worth the gold. That dragon trinket took forever to stack,. worthless
