Swapped 2 DK's to DW specs without annihilation. Removed obliterate from cast bar and changed to Icy Touch glyph. On test dummies, initial burst of the 2 DKs DW is consistently higher than the 2 DKs using 2H.

With nerves of cold steel, my hit is now over 8%. Should be able to do even better after restat to strength or resilence.
