Default weird follow effect after using vehicles

For some time now my slaves behave somewhat weird each time one character has been using some kind of vehicle - be it the argent crusade mount for the dailies, the dragons in grim batol or any other kind of vehicle. What happens is that after leaving the vehicle the slaves seem to always be 10 meters ahead of where they are supposed to be while they follow the main toon. If I stop moving they immediately jump back to where they should be. ReloadUI does not affect the problem, relogging does solve it.

Using "normal" mounts works perfectly and does not produce that weird effect at all. Anyone know how to fix that?

Ya, it's like this for ages. It's like rubberbanding (comparable to the effect you had in UO back in the days), they follow a few steps ahead of their usual follow position and usually face the wrong way when your leader stops. Pretty annoying.

if you have your toons stop following and then do a /reloadui i think thats how i used to get mine from going crazy rubber banding.

Edit: or take a flight path / zone
