Well the problem is not what u have adressed, i know that the slaves dont change target after CC etc. But the thing is that my main doesnt even change target as fast as he used to, by just spaming the dps button, now i have to manually click (or tab) a new target to continue.

oh you looking for the auto targetting.
and you have "/startattack" in your attack buttons ?
that should force the switch once your current target dies.
if that doesn't work, then they've changed something along with 4.2
