    Default 4.2 leveling speed

It seems like they've dramatically increased the questing XPs rewards. Maybe even nerfed the leveling xp requirements, I went from level 78 to level 81 last night in like 3 hrs on all 5 characters doing just quests. (no heirlooms, brand new accounts)

pretty good news for those who struggled in leveling a new team.

I only noticed the questing xp change. Killing mobs yields the same xp as before.

    Uhhh...

You said new accounts. Does that mean they're RaF'd? If so, did you completely miss the news on the front
page of this site? I don't believe Blizzard has adjusted any XP requirements at all with this patch.

hmm, they are not RAFed actually. i had rest bonus though. I did run around to do the hot summer event quests for the flames, which give a lot of xps.

Who knows... Blizzard does ninja changes all the time that don't make it into the patch notes until later (or
never). I definitely wouldn't put it past them with these new changes to RaF.

Oh, that would be really good news. I still got lots of alts around lvl70 because i really don't like the 70-80 part.

It's definitely faster in the early levels. I got 10 levels last night questing from 20-30 in darkshire. Back in the day I managed about 4 levels a day on RAF, and that was aggressively questing. Last night was just a laid back session.

Darkshire is much different now, I loved that zone back in the day and it's even better now. The quests are better and thank god for that extra flight path. The Stalvan quest is much different, less running around, a relief.

And did you miss where he said mob xp remained the same, which would have been affected by RaF?

No, I completely missed it. Thanks for pointing it out a week later because now I feel better.
