Default Not sure to cry or lol!

5 days ago.. I payed for 5x RaF full packs of cata. in blizz store..I know theres a 72hours wait time, before all accounts are full, and not on trial.
Im now on the 5. day.. and still trial accounts, meening I cant trade my heirlooms to other chars ( got full 5x mage set + trinkets , wating on 1 char)
Support say " We here in support cant do anything manuelly, its all auto. So i will have to wait.... but you can still play them" - Im like " wtf.. ye ofc. i want to play 5x naked mages, when i just payed 1 server transfer to get heirlooms over + 5x cata packs, Its over 200euros" this is stupid.. and I use thise forum to rage abit

Blizz costumor support is either epic or it's rubbish. GG for that indeed.

They CAN take you off of trial, they've done it for me in the past.

Had a similar experience when I activated my new accounts took 4 or 5 days for the last account to come off trial.

I'm going to take a wild guess and assume there was a crazy influx of new accounts and what not since they
just introduced this RaF revamp and things were taking a little longer than usual. Just a theory, though.

True. I've thought the same thing when upgrading trials over a weekend, but then I figured Blizzard should
possibly have a fully automated system in place. Then again, if someone is upgrading so many accounts at
once perhaps that flags it for manual approval. /shrug

Have to say I actually had good dealing with Blizz yesterday.

I wanted to create 3 new RAF accounts but saw my .net had 5 + ptr + beta ptr so called them up to get the PTR's removed. 10 minutes after dialing from Australia I had been told they couldn't remove them but they also didn't need to and that adding 3 more accounts would be fine.

I then messed up and linked the 3 new ones to a single account rather than link through so I called them back up...2 minutes on hold, about the same with the csr and I was off the phone with only one RAF linked to my secondary account. Upgraded it to battlechest, went through immediately, repeated for the rest of the chain and in less than 20 minutes I had 3 new RAF'd accounts set up as full working accounts.

Ye they do work fast some time, my friend made also a mistake with RaF, he got his money back within 15min, and could RaF again... the right way.
