Just as a point of comparison, I five boxed wow on a radeon 5770 powered by a 380w PSU for months no problem, it still works fine even with a slight (950/1200) overclock on the video card. It was actually my last upgrade part, chosen specifically because of the 5770's amazingly low power requirements.

I'm running with a gts 250 and they all seem to be under $100 now days.

Its not a mega awesome pwnage video card, but it will run wow with few problems.
