Report people like this for sure, threats of violence against you will very likely get them at least a 3 day ban.... Which would make the point about their behavior far stronger than anything you could say to them. I lost my temper at a hater one day, reported them for what they said to me, and ended up with an official warning on MY account for what I had said to them. So now I say nothing to haters, nothing at all. And report them if they say anything even remotely threatening to me about what I'm doing.

Sorry, I don't report people. Out of all my WoW years (ZG release in Vanilla) I've reported about two people.

There has to be at least some idiots in the world to keep a pleasure/pain balance. I don't have any GM friends either.


Puledron was the alt of a Horde member on my realm. I killed him far too many times in BoG he logged off and started raging.

I give my response in a nice way if people do shout hack or botting etc they may just be misinformed so i will explain what im doing, its not botting and what i do has been going on for years and is not againt the ToS.
They now think you may not be farmer or bot and they get curious about it all, why it aint banned or is it easy to do, benefits of boxing etc etc. I direct them to here or explain how i play the game and why i box

You explain what your doing that its not against the Tos. If your met with hostility just give up talking to them because no matter what you say most cases you just cant get anything through to them and shouldnt waste your time.

If im met with any kind of bad hostility swearing etc at all they are ignored or reported.
They have a go at you about the cost of it all get no responses such as 'i spend more on that on a night out' etc etc. How you spend your money and how much you spend has nothing to do with them.

I also have 2 chat windows. on the left of the screen is my guild chat and whispers.
To the right is everything else.
I barely look at the right one at all unless i really need to because trade is full of whinging and Bgs is full of whinging.
When it comes to Bgs i will give a simple response at the start and no more. I see insults then that chat window is ignored.
I have come to realise that when it comes to BG chat that it doesn really matter if you boxing or not people will act just the same by blaming everyone else but themselves.

I used to be like that. Now I don't give anyone a chance. All it takes is one name call and I'm reporting them. Obviously if they say "hacker!" I'm not going to report them, those I just ignore. But as soon as I see any piece of profanity or harassment come out they are reported.

I feel that if they're dumb enough to fling insults off-the-cuff, they don't deserve any explanation or help from me regarding multiboxing.

Again just out of curiosity lets say I am running 6 guys and 4 go to one GY and 2 go to another GY in AV. It dosnt happen often but it does happen.

Now assuming I am trying to do what is best for horde, regardless of whats best for me, what should I do?

Log the 2 and play the 4?

Run the 4 back to pick up the two (meanwhile the two sit and do nothing)?

Log all 6?

Play the 4 and try and run the two to the four at some slow pace?
