I am currently gearing up a resto shaman, and thus interested in the healing style of your shaman healer. I think you are not using click region, and you manages healing and mana rather well.

OK I try to explain my healing. My shaman has few different heal macros : 2 to the tank, 3 to the dps team, and one self healing macro.
For the tank : I have a macro bind on the dps spam macro with riptide and unleash elements (+ water shields every 15sec) and earth shiel after the thierd unleash element (3 unleash elements time), an other to spam healing wave if I don't press mod, for greater healing wave with ctrl and chain heal with shift.

Fort the DPS : i have 3 macro with mod : 1 macro for healing surge, one for chain heal, one for healing wave, and with ctrl, the target is my dps2, with shift, the target is my dps3, and without mod, target is my dps1.

For the heal : i juste have one macro for surge healing
