Then you'll need to look here as there are numerous guides about click healing and mouseover healing.
Although, since the introduction of Video FX, it's much easier to just slap a source over whatever frames
you're using (Grid, Healbot, VuhDo, etc.) and just go with that. Expect a video guide on that soon™.
