Most of you may not use focus macros because it is difficult to actually use. If you do not have a naga... get one as they help so much with abilities you don't really use a lot or aren't super reaction dependent. That being said i will list keymaps and what they do, give a little explanation on how to fight some teams and thats about it.
Top of keyboard numbers
1= howling blast + necrotic spam (hb > frost strike > necrotic > frost > necrotic)
2= obliterate spam (obliterate x 2, frost strike x 2 + hungering cold spam)
3 = necrotic spam (2x necrotic, 2x frost strike)
4 = death strike spam (2x death strike, 2x frost strike)
5= deathgrip focus
6 = anti-magic shell
7 = trinket
= = horn of winter
Other binds
f = chains (w/ modifier for focus)
shift + 1 = lichborne
shift + 4 = pet sac
shift + 3 = focus silence
shift + 2 = icebound fort
ctrl + a = blood boil (for rogues)
ctrl + s = all put dnd down (for rogues)
ctrl + d = put dnd down 1 at a time (for multiple stealth teams)
ctrl + z = outbreak
3 buttons for heal self with death coil
Naga
shift + 1 (end) = silence focus
1-5 = target arena 1-5, set focus, clear target
6 = hungering cold round robin with no down do not go forward for X seconds.
7 = trinket
8 = burst
9 = death strike spam + lichborne + pet sac + heal self with death coils
10 = same as above but no death strike it just uses necrotic and hb (if you only really need the pet sac)
11 = dk 1+3 assist + focus X target
12 = dk 2+4 assist + focus Y target
3v3 strats i use
1: stack necrotic on any healer that is not a paladin, call for a hammer once it is at about 40% pop burst and use oblit spam (unless boped by a ret paladin)
2: make sure to pop ams against any caster team up front while you are on the target, if you are facing a mage make sure to grip it into you so that it has to run away to be safe from HB spam
3: when fighting rogues make sure you hand of sac on paladin incase they try to sap him opposed to a dk... you have your AOE abilities for that
3: any team with a hunter can be killed simply by sitting on the hunter, putting focus as the healer so you get strangs off on it, have the hunter hammered at around 40% as well, it wont live unless you get massive CC'd/it pops trinket to use detterence...if it does that go on the healer immediately
4: if a warrior pops recklessness switch to it immediately and kill it (they cannot heal through your damage + 25%), you will kill them even through shieldwall
5: any druid healer team or boomkin team the druid dies first... period.
6: if you run into a TSG sit on the warrior, focus grip the paladin in and hard switch to make bubble, peel off your healer with chains and have him freedom + AOE heal to run away behind a pillar... after bubble is down sit on the paladin till dead UNLESS warrior pops reck then kill him, if it is warrior + dk + any other healer just rape the healer.
7: against double warrior + 3rd dps... you lose unless your healer can hand of sac + bop one of your dudes and you spam your defensive cooldowns ASAP, if they pop reck outside of bladestorm it is a win, if they both charge + reck + bladestorm you lose.
8: Any team with a priest make sure the priest is always within range so you can grip them before they mindcontrol your healer (if hes off in the distance)
9: dk + rogue + disc priest... SIT ON THE DISC PRIEST AND SPAM NECROTIC + BURST + NECROTIC AGAIN, if they survive longer than 15 seconds game is over because of smokebomb + blind + cc from dk.
10: don't be afraid of when your healer gets CC'd, save your lichborne until you can use it for defensive UNLESS you are killing a disc priest.
Keep in mind you are a hard counter to aids (lsdv2) and a few other comps. If you play against another double dk team just focus down a dk and laugh because you are better coordinated than them.
5v5
1: druid healers die first
2: hunter + hammer like in 3's
3: warrior pops reck against 4 dks he is dead period even through tripple healer.
4: ret paladins need to be made to bubble ASAP
5: do not grip them all in at once, that tactic doesn't work... simply focus down one healer while the other gets silences through the split focus system
6: paladin healers should be gripped in, then hard switch to something else, they just need to take flack damage to make them feel pressured and waste some sort of cooldown
7: if you play against a skilled RMPLS you will lose unless you get both healers down within the first 25ish seconds.
8: dispels are as important as healing, don't forget to dispel shit you know can be dispelled
9: flack damage is important...the more targets you can hit the better...you need to oom their healers a lot of the time.
10: save at least one hungering cold for peeling off of your healer
11: chains of ice is awesome, especially against druids and huntards
12: warlocks are the squishiest class in the game, they have zero defensive cooldowns... if they have a lock and no paladin healer silence both of their healers and kill it right off the bat.
13: make sure to try to make their shadowpriest use their dispersion relatively quickly.
Danger list:
Warrior > ret paladin> shadow priest > hunter> rogue > dk > rest
Anything that can get rid of bubble needs to die, FAST... thats the goal of playing anything with warrior/disc or warrior/shadow... kill the warrior or priest (to make warrior recklessness and switch)
