dual Client

I was reading many posts about multi boxing, and some recommendations.
Is there such a things as dual clients/multi box for Uncharted Waters Online?
I need someone to please tell me what I need to do to run two accounts from my
Old Win XP Ath2 computer 2.6 gig and ATI HD 4670 vid 3 gig mem.
The game is not that demanding but every way I think I can launch 2 games it keeps putting me to other login screen.
Is there some program I can down load on the cheap?
I have seen 4 ships in a row, or 4 characters that are linked, but wish I could find out how to do it

I'd take a look at IS Boxer, as that seems to support far more games than anything else..
Make a post in the "Other" forum, and ask if it is supported, or can be supported.
