I must be in a good battlegroup or something. 90% of my PUG experiences have been good. I've been PUGing with single toons, since I can't seem to get the hang of 5-boxing most heroics.

Dungeon Finder, like Battlegrounds, are region wide. We're all in the same general population of people these
days except I remember hearing something about the Dungeon Finder trying to pair you up with people from
your own realm. /shrug
