The group simon quest is amazing. If you have any buddies, make them stand next to you when you do it, so they get free daily quest credit without spending the shards. I think it works for horde, too cuz they always watch when I do it, and help me out on the boss at the end after. Makes me nervous that they're gonna be jerks and attack me in the middle of my memory game. >.<
So other people can get credit even if they aren't in your group? It would be nice to call in any hordies as extra bodyguards in exchange for the quest completion. For all the simon dailies done, only 1 warrior had the guts to jump my group and it was while the elite was spawned. It took a total of 1 GCD to send him running for his life.
