You have more than 8GB of RAM seeing as you're using 8.27GB in the pic with 69% physical memory usage.

12GB * 0.69 = 8.27GB RAM

The next question is... why do you have 12GB of RAM? Dual-channel utilizes 2/4/8/16/32.
