I think after patch 4.2 and the current Valor gear becomes purchasable with Justice Points, things will get incredibly easier. My team's average item level is about 345.

I do not play arena or rated BG so the best gear I can aquire are the PvP gear bought by honor. Will this gear be enough to do any cata heroics as a 5-boxer?

Why not gear up with Justic Point gear from clearing normals rather than waste item stats on resilience?

Already have several Bloodthirsty items ilvl 352 so farming normals to "upgrade" to ilvl 346 gear doesn't seem so fun.
Also I do enjoy both pvp and pve but I haven't got the patience to farm two complete sets for an entire group. So if heroics can't be done with honor gear, then I may have to accept cata heroics isn't my thing...
