    Default Why didn't i do non-boxed 2v2 earlier!?!?

Yeah, i'm not entirely sure why i didn't think of doing solo 2v2 with another partner before, I tried and tried and tried with my Death Knights to do it multiboxed, Even 3v3, 5v5, Etc. I just couldn't get it down(Being behind in the season gear wise, does not help AT ALL).

So i am paying a Shaman(3.2k Resilience, Elemental) to help me get my 5 wins throughout my team, When i get up to my Paladin(Doing death knights now) the Shaman is switching over to his Druid and we'll get hopefully the 5 wins then(As he needs them on that toon also).

We are currently burning through 2v2 arena like a knife through butter, I honestly don't know why i didn't start this before.

Sad thing is, I'm going to be 100 points short of the 2h sword by week after next, Unless i raise my conquest cap by a ton before tomorrow.

If anyone is having trouble with multiboxing arena, Finding a well geared partner is definitely the way to go(2v2), To get your points for the week.

And FYI, The gear my Death KNights have are on this armory. http://us.battle.net/wow/en/characte...enfishh/simple

    They are identically geared.

Most weeks, I've run 2's as one person with another person playing the other toon.

    Even playing 5x8 = 40 games...
That can sometimes be faster or less painful than playing 5's.
Less so now, but a lot more so when I was gearing up.

Today in 5's, I needed four more wins.
And got the same 5's team (500 rating higher than mine) five times out of six games.
Even with a 20 min and 15 min break between queue times.
Decided to go back to 2's to cap for the week; the DK's ran 15W, 0L... while the Pally went 3W and 2L, in 2's.

For the most part, now that I'm semi-geared...
5's is pretty good; I win roughly 50% of the games against double healer and 90% of the games against solo healer comps.
So close to a 2W in 3 Games Played now.

But 2's is a lot more fun than 5's.

    My team started arena mid-season.
About 4 weeks in or so.
And missed the TB exploit, for full honor gear that most of the others had.
So I actually payed gold per win, and finally found a frost mage that could carry my team.
Once I got the Conquest 2 Hander, did not need to be carried, but that was 2 full weeks and part of the 3rd.

I have a macro on each toon.
/2 Frost DK with 3641 Res, seeks 2's partner for Conquest Points.
    Or whatever the Res is.
I usually end up running a lot more 2's games then the cap, just because they're fun if you get a half decent partner.
Plus its nice to return the favor... help someone relatively less geared get wins; I've had several partners who dinged 85 that day, and it is seldom more than 15 games to get them 8 wins in 2's.

Don't quite have Hot Streak on all the DK's yet.

I found that playing at different times throughout the week helps a lot.

I work all day then come home, spend time with the wife, then when she goes to bed I stay up a bit later and play.

So all of my arena matches have been late at night.

It seems the competition is a lot stiffer at night..

Last week, I had Thursday and Friday off. I played 3s and 5s around 1 PM my time and it was a completely different scenario.

My opponents were all 1900+ teams but felt more like 1600 teams. I won 15 games in a row and never once face the same team.

My 3s team got to 1985 and my 5s team got to 1886. Seems like mid-afternoon during the week days is the best time to play.

    I'm 1430 in 5's.
Wins add 30pts or so, at this stage... while losses cost 0-2 points, so far.

This tool: http://www.arenajunkies.com/tools/ti...ator/?season=8 suggests, the team will need 1950+ for Duelist (top 54 in Whirlwind), or 1500+ (top 180 in Whirlwind) for Rival.
Challenger is a given, that's around 500 rating+, and I doubt Gladiator is a possibility given my skill level.
Wouldn't mind Duelist, but will likely end up with Rival.

Nice, I wasn't aware of that tool.

If it is accurate, I need to be in the Top 75 on Reckoning .

My current rank is #89 - so it might be possible if I can push higher.
