Default multiboxing rogues or feral droods

    hey guys,

i was wondering if there is any way of seeing the combo points from your other team mates wich would be really helpful with a drood or rogue team you know?

i was thinking about a macro or somthin .... if there is nothing else i can go for i guess i would have to try a video fx with is boxer

    thanks for the heads up

    Hey Mr. Schmitt,

Havent spoke to you in ages so first of all hows it going?

Second: I am currently leveling feral druids, they are okay but i thought tanking in feral would be a breeze with 3 chars in cat form and a random healer for dungeons. I am level 44 now and just did my first dungeon. Died quite often too but i was bored of dungeons.

I will never roll feral druids again. I would say go balance or go rogues.

    Kind regards,

If you're boxing on a single machine, the video feeds is the easiest thing to setup, IMO. Everything else including in-game addons/proc-watch/etc. all suffer from network latency/lag.

    @negativ1337

    hey whats up

i got a level 80 moonkin team and a level 80 paladin + warrior team now (haven't bought cataclysm yet) also i am leveling some shamans wich are 60+ (i figured only leveling them in pvp to get used to multi boxing in bgs )

so you might see they hole interact with target thing worked out quiet well but i have to say moonkins aren't very good for anything als a multiboxer in my view .... in instances your dps is not very strait cause u also have to heal the tank and in pvp you die just to fast =/

so what i am doing now i figuring out new teams i can level as long as i don't have cataclysm yet

btw i died very often too the first time i did an instance with my droods and a random tank ... its kinda annoying to enter an instance and like 1 out of 3 just leaves wich a lol or a wtf =/

    @ughmahedhurtz

at first what is that name for?
and second thanks for the tip i was thinking already that video fx would be the only real kinda solution at this point

Normally the wow api cant determine the combo points of your toons on the current target.
    But a workaround is possible:
Sending the combo point data via messages to your main.

That reminds me on jamba Cuz jamba is already doing a lot of stuff via messages between toons.

    Negativ1337: i playing Feral-druids too atm
mostly 4 cats + resto and in Instances 3 cats +1 Bear + Resto

I tried Hellfire Ramparts with a mix of Level 58-60. Only the Bear had 3 BC-Items and it worked good. All Ferals had around 300 DPS.
With level 61 and some BC-Items it was super easy.

Melee toons will face issues that ranged toons will not.
Specifically, being in melee range, which subjects you to cleaves or point-blank AoE spells.

Rogues like Ferals will eat a lot of crap, that Hunters or Elemental Shamans will not.
If your goals are specifically PvE, you might be better off with say Tank + Heals + 3x Balance (assuming a 5-box).

I like that Ferals can rez and battle-rez, which rogues cannot do.
Ferals also have the option to tank, or (via off-spec) to heal... ie., be a complete PvE team.
I like having Acquatic, Cat and Flight Forms in particular.

With my Ferals, I decided on Mangle spam instead of worrying about position for Shred.
    My macro is essentially:
    /castsequence reset=5 Mangle(Cat Form), Rake(Cat Form), Mangle(Cat Form), Mangle(Cat Form), Rip(Cat Form)
I have an IWT toggle set up, such that my spam key will also send IWT most of the time, but that can be disabled.

In pvp, they swarm a target.
In pve, after the initial run towards the target, the IWT toggle would be pressed to disable the swarming action.

Name is one a friend suggested I use for my Thane in DAoC: Ughmahedhurtz WhyYouHitMeFoo. I've been using it ever since in games that don't ban you for name violations.

Lol. I'm doing 4 feral tank Druids and one resto healer. I've done BRC at 81 with very little problems, all bosses deaded. Throne of Tides was harder, that first boss throws out a lot of AoE damage and things you need to interrupt, but she's doable. I just need a little more practice.

    Bears are essentially tanks.

How is their DPS, compared to Prot Warriors, Prot Pallies or Blood DK's?

4x Blood + 1x Healer, seems essentially the same as 4x Feral Bears + 1x Healer.
    A different flavor certainly...

I like that you could run Feral Cats in BG's and Feral Bears in Heroics.
With very similar sets of gearing between the two.
And possibly give them all off-specs too.

I really like Ferals as a team.
But have had more PvP success with the 4x Frost + 1x H.Pally team.
Haven't really done much PvE this expansion yet.
