Use interact with target and click to move to make all your toons face the boss after they get tossed around. To keep them out of melee range, simply press a movement key to stop them running to the mob.

OR

Use your follow key to gather up your slaves and have them face the right way and then break follow. Note, interact with target has a MUCH farther useable range than follow.

OR

Use a Focusing Lens macro. I don't know the range on the focusing lens, so that may mean all your slaves end up facing the right way, but are too far away to cast on.
