There is a Jamba command to stop Strobe Follow.
You'll still need a hotkey for your healer to break follow.
Any kind of a movement (forward, backward, turn either way, strafe either direction) will break follow.

If you're not using Strobe, and just regular follow.
Then just the movement is good.

Not sure the command to disable Strobe, as I don't use Strobe.

not sure whether you have a tank in your melees, but if you're using healer+4xmelee DPS perhaps you should drive from the healer and just use your DPS toons a homing missiles with Interact with target

If you set up an ATG for the tank and melee, and exclude your healer.... you can add an IWT step to your keystroke. Then they all go running in, and your healer stays put.

Then leave your "Follow after Combat" On in Jamba.
