T2 Progress

Has anyone had any progress in t2s yet? Ive gotten DSM down to the gatekeeper and im working on getting my single target rotation for my mage better he seriously lacks dps single target. Im also been working on RD. if anyone has a rotation for mages that can pull more then 500 dps plz let me know. My rogue is currently pulling over 800 dps single target its crazy the buffs they made to ranger. but my mage can some times pull about 450-500 dps singlet arget but more often then not its closer to the 400-450 range.

You're a long way ahead of me. I gave up on T1s because of my group makeup - warrior + 4 rogues is not practical end-game. I'm now levelling warrior, cleric, rogue, 2 mages so will have a lot more flexibility at 50.

ya i was able to MB t2 RD up to eliam ill have to practice that fight i have everything down pretty good except having to move the characters when i have to kite cause of the ground aoe. they need to dps in the kite phase so they cant just run behind me but i cant stack them the aoe snares and hits pretty hard i may try stacking them again and strafing the whole group out of the aoe and pop some aoe heals as i do it. But i have to aoe dispell the snare and pop aoe heals at the same time i think soon ill be able to down that one i might still farm the t1s to get more gear.

you 5 boxxed AP? ive so far have gotten CC and DD and RD up to eliam cleared but how did you get past the first boss in AP having to keep everyone Spead apart cause of the debuff then stack everyone for los but keeping the one person away if they get hte debuff.

Don't spread out. The debuff is pretty minimal damage and will drag people with them as you move out of the aoe. There's an easy spot to los and not have to worry about the pillars. Insane DPS + quick reaction means you'll get him. I've been farming AP for a while for rep for epic saga, it was my first T2 down. I've got a vid that cut off right before the kill but I'll post it.

Oh, and if you want a mage spec that pulls insane dps with a simple rotation and good aoe? 51 ele/15 stormcaller

Rotation is simple single target, refresh ignite manually, macro is below

cast Arctic Blast
cast Forked Lightning

Cooldowns, refresh ignite, cast fast summon, swaming flames, intensify elements and watch dps spike to 2k.

with the last boss in AP how did you avoid the rotating lazars?

Ok the issue im having is the damn RNG if he does the maelstrom thing first then right after does his ground aoe that summons the rock i cant move my guys they keep getting sucked back to where he casted the maelstrom and we wipe but if he doesnt cast them so close to gether we do just fine but there is always 1 point in hte fight where he does that.
