how's that?
Because writing duplicate information is time-consuming and useless. It's better to refer to a more accurate and complete source of information that will be maintained by others.
Instead, it's better to put our efforts in making the multiboxing wiki pages more board in such a way that it is better applicable for non-WoW players.
At least, that's my opinion.

This is the reason that i'm planning to do a rewrite of http://www.dual-boxing.com/wiki/inde...etting_started and write a more brief (less-technical) explanation that links constantly to the existing pages that we've got. At this moment it's a loose component, while it actually should be more of a beginners portal. eg. It shouldn't have its own hardware section as broad as we alreaady have a hardware page. You don't want duplicate (and possibly contradictory) information.

On another note: it would be a good thing to rewrite the frontpage so it provides a better overview (with less scrolling needed). The front page needs a few simple categories where people will *know* where to click to get something from. Maybe i should open another thread for that?
