Best way for setting up Repentance(Pally CC) HELP!

Well, after hitting level 85 on the 4 Paladins, And 4 Death Knights, i now have the ability to run PvE / PvP on either, But i'm thinking the 4 Death Knights PvE based won't be as easy as the Paladins(If i can get their CC up and running effectively)

If someone, or anyone that plays 4 Paladins, Or even has had experience setting up CC macros, can throw some tips my way for individually targetting mobs on 3 Paladins, and using Repentance on the target. It would be much appreciated..

As of right now i can usually get 1 or 2 off, But it's so hard to do by manually clicking over and hitting that key, Because of the auto assist, I don't know how to setup the focus targetting off the leader for CC on the alts.

As of right now its 1 Prot Paladin, 3 Ret, With whatever PUG healer.

All in all, I just need to know an effective way of setting up CC for Ret paladins(macros and such)
