Mind Freeze question

Sorry if this isnt in the correct place.
I cant seem to get this answer from the manifesto....or my brain just insnt getting it.
I am having trouble with my mind freeze rotation on my DKs. I just realized that mind freeze is the last option to do on my main dps keymap.....and i have it on the 2.5 sec rotation. So, no dk is casting a mind freeze untill they are completely out of runic power or runes. I have this setup incorrectly but cant figure out where i went wrong.

How do you make the team cast mind freeze every 2.5 seconds?.....no matter if they are all at full RP and Runes?

You need to take the endless winter talent in the frost tree. Makes mind freeze cost no runic power and since it is global free, will automatically be cast round robin every 2.5 seconds.

In isboxer, setup a keybind for mind freeze . Then do a "do mapped key" for mind freeze in your main spam sequence. Set that key to round-robin every and use the "do not advance to next step for at least 2.5 seconds.

Once you have the talent in Frost, it is Runic Power free.
And the ability is off of the GCD, so you can use it freely whenever you want even if another ability is firing off.
Either 4.1 or 4.2, mentions in the patch notes that interrupt effects will automatically hit regardless of hit rating, so we either have that now or will soon.

You want to make a mapped key for Mind Freeze.
Give the mapped key four steps, one per DK.
Each step sends your Mind Freeze keybind to one DK.
Check: do not advance to next step for at least 2.6 seconds.

Then imbed this new mapped key into all of your DK DPS spam keys.
Do Mapped Key > Mind Freeze > Target: Group (all of) DK.
