I'm not sure what you're trying to find, but it comes down to a few basic ideas:
DVI is a pure digital signal, while VGA is analog. Therefore DVI is usually preferable, since it results in a sharper/cleaner image.
LCD technology has matured to the point where there is very little (if any) reason to use a CRT. Refresh/timing rates on LCDs are now fast enough that it's very rare to get any sort of blur now.
