Default And the race is on!

I'm currently 4x level 66 with 87% of the level... And I deploy for 40 days starting on Tuesday of next week. Can I hit 70 by then? Can I get my first 10 arena games in? We shall see!

    Someone say something motivational. Please.

    3.13 levels in 7 days - EASY!

You should be able to do quests to get you there - How many of the Nagrand / Blade's Edge / Netherstorm / Shadowmoon quests have you got left?

Nagrand & Blades Edge have some great quest lines and often you can knock over a multiple quests in the same area.

    Cheers,

You'll be getting to the desert just as I'm leaving. I'll be home in under 30 days now

I know opsec and all that crap, but what country you heading to? I'm in Qatar (Cutter) right now, windy as heck right now. Nothing but white dust in the eyes.

Good luck on your deployment, and i think you'll have time, plenty of quests in Blades Edge/Netherstorm/SMV to finish you off.

    1. I'm in the Navy, and I'm going underwater. I can't say much more than that

    2. I finished *every* non-instance quest chain from HFP through Blade's Edge. I'm running the Thrall-to-Outlands series now (15% into 67) and then I'll go to Netherstorm. In my experience, Netherstorm alone is worth 67-70, so my hope is that I'll get it halfway through Shadowmoon.

    3. The hardest part about going underway for me is no internet, no e-mails, no contact at all. I'm going to die without board-reading a couple times a day!

I had never used Quest Helper before, but at 60 I went ahead and downloaded it after I was looking around for mods... I can't believe I leveled four 70's by hand without this mod. It's amazing. I love it.

I uh, kind of messed around tonight though >< I'm now stuck on "Auchindoun..." as now I have to go back and f'ing rekill the last boss to get D'ore to spawn and it is not a fun instance. I have to leave one of the Shammies out for the first boss and bring in my 70 Druid. The last boss... I had to bring in a friend and do the whole instance twice. So now... Now I'll have to redo it *at least* once. Hopefully D'ore will stay spawned if I invite the two I left out and let them zone in. If not... I'm going to be in a baaaaaaaad mood. 4x Auchindoun runs is crap. Pure crap

My hats off to you for being a Suber, I have worked with many Navy bases and Sub groups in the past. You people are a special breed. Thank you for you service. Anyone that can pass those phy tests has to be good

Lol, thanks Jaws. It's definitely not the easiest thing in the world. When I try and explain it to someone who's never been on a sub, I use this example:

Go into a bathroom at an airport, somewhere in Texas that doesn't have air conditioning. Now go into one of the stalls: Not the handicap ones though, one of the regular size. This space is now officially your sleep and work space. You may leave the space to take a "shower" at the sink, but you may not run the water for more than 3 minutes or else shower privileges will be suspended for a week. You may leave the stall to go get food at one of the snack stands, but you can't order anything that costs more than $2.50. If it takes you more than 5 minutes to eat your food then you will be yelled at mercilessly and quite possibly lose eating privileges for a day. Mind you, while you're in your stall for the next 40 days you are not allowed to use any form of communications tools: No phones, no internet, no letters.

Oh... And you can reasonably expect the toilet that you're using for both a commode and a work bench to backflow a stream of fecal matter at least twice a week.

You, sir, should be a Navy recruiter... I am rushing out right now to join. Think they'll take me on subs? I am 38 this monday and 6'4", probably just what they are looking for.
