    Unhappy License on new windows

Well, i bought i license a while agp and in the mean time i reinstalled windows because i do it every now and then always, because otherwise my pc keeps crashing so i need to know how to insert my old serial in hte program..

. i have the serial written in my notebook as well as in a notepad file on my external hard drive, but on the keyclone site i cannot find a contact email or any way of help, and i am not calling the number because it would cost me a ton of money to call to usa.

thanks and i REALLY NEED IT i was hoping i could just insert the serial in it, but seems i cant

and ive noticed something about cpu ids, and the pc is completely the same i only bought a better graphic card if that matters?

If your talking about transfering your keyclone license then all you gotta do is run keyclone on your new machine, press the "Setup" button and choose "about". There you can press the "transfer" button and start the process, should only take you a minute to be up and running.
