I do not see how a 64-bit client would change anything.
32-bit programs can only use 2GB (or 3GB if the Large Address Aware flag has been enabled) and people who
were playing the game using nVidia Surround or ATi's Eyefinity across 3 monitors were hitting that 2GB limit or
were coming dangerously close. Blizzard enabled the Large Address Aware flag back in 4.1 so now we have
access to 3GB per client and I don't see what a 64-bit client can improve on such an older game (unless
enabling LAA was a temporary fix).
