Stu,

I am not 100% sure I understand your question with regards to moving characters but here is how I have my mice setup.
Mouse1: Main Mouse, control of main PC.

Mouse2: Wireless Mouse, linked to Four Recievers. Controls all 4 'clone PCs' at the same time.

Mouse 3-6: Individually Control each machine.

You needed to have 'enhanced pointer control' turned on all 4 PC's so that the pointer moves at the same rate. If one pointer wanders off or gets out of synch you push the mouse to the uppoer left/right etc of the screen and they all resync. I had some mouse software installed on one PC for awhile and its kind of fucked my mouse settings for that clone, so I recommend using the same brand of mouse and not using any 'mouse software' for the clones either.

I'm sorry to be the one to break it to you, but it is you who are both blind and stupid. (stupid for calling someone else stupid without doing research first)

Here is the sticky you so carelessly overlooked: [url='http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=410
Multiboxing Wiki - My 5 (Now 10!) Boxing WoW Writeup - The answer to your specific question is in there, I just chceked.

    2nd from the top.
It didn't really answer his question though. His question was about using one mouse to control 2 toons (i.e. wothout using follow), not about which mice setup you should use for boxing. Some people are a bit to quick to jump on the "that sounds like a noob question - beat him!" wagon.

This question has been asked and answered before (ages ago) but it's not in the stickies AFAIK. Perhaps updating the wiki with more info about what can be done and what can't be done with mice & multiboxing might be in order.

You failed to read it too I take it?

There is a section it here about mouse broadcasting via wireless receivers. That's how you'd control multiple toons with one mouse.
Of course I read it. Reading comprehension 101 - the OP's question wasn't about setting up one mouse to broadcast accross both his PC's - he stated he's done that already in his first post. The question was how does he make his toons stay in sync when playing WoW. He thought that by moving to a hardware solution might fix the desync'ing issue when the answer is of course it isn't possible to keep two toons perfectly in sync.

    Read the Stickies.

    Its explained.

    You clearly haven't bothered.
TBH I have read all the stickies, and it was midly confusing, the bit I read.

Some parts said you could do it, if it was diff computers, some say you can do it with wireless, and so on.
