SC'd cards aren't really worth it in my opinion unless they're pretty extreme and even then they need to carry a
good warranty with them. You'd probably be better off getting the 1.5GB or 3GB GTX 580.
Why did you choose the older version of the SSDs?
12GB is triple channel... 1155 chipsets use dual channel.
Case/PSU are always nice to know as well.
