Problems with full screen?

I finally got my new rig built and Ive been wanting to dual box two hunters for fun.

2.4ghz duo, 4gb ddr2, and a Geforce 364bit DDR3 8800GTS 648mb SLI pci-E x16 video card.

I only have a 19" widescreen LCD for now and do not particularly like running in windowed mode. Do you people here experience alot of problems with running the main window in full screen mode and the others simply minimized? Ive heard both good and bad things about this, but some updates feedback would be nice.

The main thing is that it could lag abit. Meaning your alts that are on auto follow will fall behind, but if you got a good computer the odds are less likely to happen.
