    Default Basics needed more basic

I have been "boxing" for years but been using the hit alt tab function lol. I just purchased a script to ISBoxer and running 2 WoW accounts a priest and a hunter, I have finally gotten the priest to assist me and run with me but how do i set it up so he attacks with the key-mapping? yes I have looked up key-mapping for dummies and i guess i have downs, im sure its somewhere in the menu but can someone please tell me very basically how to do this, once i get the basics of something i can take off. thank you

PS. If there is a very basic break down on how to make macros and what all the "FTL" and jargon stand for it be helpful ( i think its faster then light?)

FTL (Focusless, targetless, leaderless) basically means you aren't controlling all the characters from "a single" character, and can instead use any of them as your "main".

Aka if you did a /focus char1 on every character, you'd not be able to pick char2 and lead from that, as they'd still target char1.

    And ninja'd from ISB Wiki:

    1. In the top pane, click on "Combat" under Key Maps
    2. In the bottom left pane, where it now shows "Combat" and then "Mapped Keys", right click on Mapped Keys and select Many new Mapped Keys.
    3. At the top of the Many new Mapped Keys window is a box labeled "Press a key combination here". Click in that box, and press each and every combination of keys you want to set up right now, which may include any combination of alt, ctrl, shift with whichever non-modifier key you like.
    4. The "Target for keystrokes" box lets you pick the intended target windows for the keystroke to be passed to. Typically this would be "Window:All w/ current" which will pass the keystroke to every window including the one you are in. Likewise, "Window: All w/o current" will pass the keystroke to every window excluding the one you are in (aka "all other").
    5. The "Do this Mapped Key first" box lets you pick a Mapped Key to perform before the keystroke is passed. Usually you want to just leave it empty, but this would typically be used for things like automatically assisting your main character before an attack.
    6. The "Do this Mapped Key after" box lets you pick a Mapped Key to perform after the keystroke is passed. Usually you want to just leave it empty.
    7. Click OK!
    Hope that helps

oh ok now that makes more sense, now that I know what FTL means. Just getting my priest to follow me using Alt F and assist me to target is great, i just got isboxer a day ago. again ty for explaining that.

You're playing WoW, so you don't have one called Combat. You have one called FTL DPS Keys instead. You want to follow the WoW Quick Start Guide. The section of the WoW Quick Start Guide that corresponds to what he pasted is Quickly_add_many_hotkeys,_optionally_with_auto-assist.

I'm pretty sure what you're asking is covered in the Quick Start Guide, please check it out.
