Displaying team in battleground/raid

Hello fellow Azerothians,

The powerful Ðuke and his 4 bodyguards roam the lands of Al'Akir and used to instill fear and despair in the battlegrounds. To this end, the Ðuke used to have control over his bodyguards by using player frames. This way he can see their health, their mana and any debuffs on them. This mechanic is no longer working, and the Ðuke requests help from fellow members of the Horde to help him restore his former glory.

When in a battleground, the parties are all mixed up and the Ðukes' Bodyguards are always in different parties, and as such the Ðuke cannot see the health of his protectors in combat. He cannot be an effective leader without this feature.

In the past, the Ðuke was granted the ability to drag player frames using the following mechanic:
1) open Social frame by pressing 'o'
2) click the Raid tab
3) hold down shift and drag the bodyguards one by one outside of the frame, creating a custom player frame for that bodyguard

Despite the text "Click and drag to create a single raid window for this player." being displayed, this no longer seems to work. Whether this is a bug, design flaw or feature to be removed from the game, the Ðuke was relying heavily on it and now cannot use it.

As a gift for his greatness, the Oracle has told Ðuke about an alternative called "Shadowed Unit Frames". The Ðuke have tried this addon, and found it to be potentially very useful. However, whenever the Ðuke joins a battleground, random mortal insects are shown instead of his powerful bodyguards, who protect him in battle. This is of course not what the Ðuke has in mind.

Any fellow Azerothians who can help the Ðuke? As always, the Ðuke's gratitude would be higher than the tallest mountain in Azeroth. He may even teach you his secrets in combat.

For those who do not understand role playing: Ðuke's a multiboxer and wants to display his team regardless of whether in a party, battleground, arena or raid. He needs to see his minions at any time, at least health and mana. Can you help him?

VuhDo and Healbot may be able to do the same thing from what I hear around these parts but I cannot comment on those
addons. You'll have to wait for an expert to come through these parts...
