I typically use AS to pull my mobs instead of Judgement and the Hammer and Crusader strike that close to one another in a rotation with nothing being cast between them will cause you to have to sit and wait on them to come off cooldown. Hammer and CS both share a cooldown, Hammer is meant for mobs, CS for single targets/bosses. Don't mix them in the same /castsequence unless you're tryin to fill up the character limit allowed. Best to have one macro for each. But the way I have mine set up is my main spam button is the first macro. I spam that which makes it click my /castsequence macro first, then my AS between spells or during the global cool down. This way I can pop off AS alot more than tryin to do it manually unless I chose to. I also have an AS /cast [@mouseover] macro for adds, pulling, or whatever. But with this, I'm using it also in my rotation. People on the other forums keep sayin that with this over their original style, they're losing TPS with this, but it's not that different from my original macro before the 4.1 change to WoG and Elitist Jerks never came up with anything for either from what I read as far as macros unless they couldn't get it for some reason, and nothing was/is posted since the change. I might've overlooked it, but this is what I have workin for me. Feel free to change it up if you want, add anything to it if you want, I don't care. With WoG in there and the talent for it, you're pretty much guaranteeing yourself the added damage bubble from the over healing if the healer bothers to keep you topped off. Especially with raiding. Again, the 1hp SotR may be week, but the constant damage from them back to back and AS in between should make up for it. If you put AS in the rotation, you're setting yourself up for a hangup in the rotation if you use it when it's refreshed before it reaches it in the sequence, or wasted chances if you only use it in the sequence and not as a filler.
