4.1 Battleground Queues Times and Issues (sigh)

I was really hoping the battle ground queue time bug would be resolved.

But no, queue times are either just as bad or worse.

Now there an annoying bug where the queue pops and disapears! I used to be able to wait until the last second guarantee all the toons made it into the same group.

Also, when I do click join it does not queue me and will eventually kick me! Bahh!

I haven't be able to run many BGs since the patch.

2's times and AV times are definitely much longer than they were pre-patch.

2's have gone from 15-30 seconds at primetime, to anywhere from 2-4 minutes.
AV has gone from 30sec - 3 mins, to around 8 minutes.

Of course I've not queued a whole lot of games yet.
So my averages could be out, and there could be more/fewer players queuing that normal because of the patch or broken addons, or whatever.

Yeah i was hoping that 5s will get better queue times... guess what it's still 3-10 min.

With all the 2s I've done since the patch (about 30ish games) I've only noticed que times longer than 2 mins when I'm getting a team I've already faced, and even then it's 3-4 mins tops. This is playing around 7-9pm CST

my que times are better as a permade group on horde then solo on ally. about 6mins max horde and 17mins ally before it poped up on that char

Even when a queue doesn't pop, I can't join due to this bug.

I don't have that particular bug.

I have had singles or both partners poof out of a battleground or arena.
And appear at the safe point in Stormwind.
That credits your team with a loss, not sure if the other side gets a win.
There is no deserter debuff, from that.

Some of my queues have been instant, for 2's.
I ran more yesterday.
And others are as long as six minutes.
When 4.0.3 - 4.0.6, the queue time was 30s to 90s.

I experience that bug too, like 2 of 3 times I cant join because the windows just disappears with 1+ minute left on the timer

I had a similar experience last night with 5v5 arena. Queue popped, I clicked the enter button and nothing happened. I right clicked on the minimap icon, selected enter instance but still wasn't teleported to the arena. After a minute I checked my arena tally and noticed I had been credited a loss and lost 23 points

I haven't really noticed a difference with queues at all on Bloodlust. My understanding with changes were that multiple battlegroups were organised into regions from which matchmaking could occur. In 5s at least I have not faced a non Bloodlust team in 23 matches playe this week so I am not sure if this has bene implemented yet?
