Raid Tabs

Can anyone help me, I'm want to be able to pull the tabs from my multiboxing team out to my screen rather than having the entire raid group in bgs. So for example my 3 boxing team, I would like to have a little bar of my team on my main screen to be able to click on the bar and then heal them if they are taking damage.

I remember you were able to pull certain tabs from the raid screen of players you wanted to heal etc.

Can anyone help?
