there is a registry option that will keep your taskbar from popping up and blinking ... i posted it somewhere here...

Hrm, that's XP.. does the fix work in Vista ya figure?

BTW, my savvy ends at a regedit... lol. tbh, a lil scared. Is this happening to everyone or just me using PiP?

OH - and also to add, my taskbar is not blinking, just popping up and getting in the way of the bottom of my screen. Obviously the selected client window is greyed out on the taskbar, but no orange blinking.
