Mouse Duplicater?

Hey guys, I'm new to Keyclone, and so far I'm loving it! Just one question... I was wondering if you could get some kind of Mouse clone so it will right click say for example a quest giver in WoW, and you can accept it with only 1 click instead of doing it all sepretly... Any help? Thanks

well, there is a set of addons that would allow you to auto accept quests and what not.
(i forget the name... twobox?)

otherwise, mouse click passing on the same machine isn't there yet.
turn on 'focus follows mouse' (get v1.8e) and that should make your life easier
