    Default account suspended then unsuspended

I recently had one of my DKs on my tri box team account suspended for 72 hours for using 3rd party software. I responded with an email saying i was multiboxing not botting and that i had spoken to a GM before enganging with multiboxing and they had said it did not violate the terms of service.

Within a day they had unsuspended the account.

Is there a way to avoid this, i am sure i get reported a lot from players because i destroy them so hard with my DKs in BGs.

Should i put an internal ticket in wow and notify them that i am multiboxing and on what chars?

it seems some nub gms suspended on account.

Last I heard the internal 'note' system that GM's have does help when their automated detection tools kick in. It only helps when a gm is manually reviewing your case. That's the rumor at least.

I've had GM's tell me they'll put a note on my accounts that I multibox.
And have had others say GM's have told them there is no such thing as putting a note on the account.

As long as you're not botting, and are actively in control of everything that happens.
IE, every action the toons take is a direct result of something you did at the time it happens.
    You'll be fine, long term.

Hopefully your account is not suspended in the future, for boxing.
You could try calling Billing, that might get you further than tickets in game.

I've had bank tellers tell me there's no way to put a fraud alert on my account, too. All professions have noobs, even GMs.

Make sure you have something like Jamba to pass whispers to your main. If a GM tries to contact you on one of your accounts to see if you're a real person, you dont want to miss it.
