Nope it doesn't They are sporting about 12k HP unbuffed, and they have Kings / Fort / Mark / Commanding Shout, so roughly about 15k HP or more, with 450~ Resilience, and other forms of mitigating damage such as Defensive Stance (-10%) Soul Link (-20%). In the high rating games, I try to get out a Lightning Bolt volley before I use my instant casts.
