that should make it so you don't cast if its not instant, right?

Maybe. That mechanic tends to not work properly when you need it to. (see same macro for Exorcism on pallies...lol)

i have set up my enhancement shamans who are at 82 now with mogs priority system rather than a castsequence macro. i found this worked better than macros.

for pvp i use one castsequence macro. I have two of the shamans hit a button in their priority sequence that does:
/frost shock, earth shock

and the other shaman's macro does
/earth shock, frost shock

i'm lazy and didn't want to manage manually a round robin frost shock that may or may not be up when i need it and i didn't want to just spam frost shock as its lower dps.

With this i find there is usually always a frost shock on the target and it rotates well. There is probably a better way to do it but this hasn't let me down so far.

The only other castsequence macro i have is a spam button that pulls out everything - wolves, fire elementals, earth elementals and Heroism.

Wind shear built into the rotation liek the mind freeze works really well and tremores on a manual round robin are absolute gold.

The only thing you really miss is death grip.
